My Simple World

Though there was a scare lately about the sexually transmitted disease but still I could see that the disco bars downtown are so full of people going out for nightlife. Well I hope that they’ve learned from the seemingly outgrowing trouble lately which made a big buzz on the public.

One of the greatest investment of an individual is to own a descent house. Nowadays there are a lot of ways to own a descent. It has changed compared to the scenario so many years ago that you’ll have to spend a lot of money and time to attain your dream house.

The door that we have in our new house seems to be a low in quality. The wood in the first place is not that durable compared to a standard door. I would like it to be replaced with the door that father choose when we visited a shop last month. We really need to spend more money to make this house desirable and reliable.

Yesterday we received our monthly water bill from the office of the housing developer. Gladly, we don’t have to visit their main office because there was a representative from their office who went over to our site to collect the payments of the home owners like us. I went to the site office where the collection of payment was performed. There was a guy whom I think was the cashier that I saw in the main office. So it was he who collected the payments. There I found out that there was actually a big problem inside the subdivision. Lots of homeowners where complaining about robbery, defective toilet flusher causing a sudden increase on the water bills, the spillage like what we experienced recently, and more security enforcement. It was really terrible to hear those things because one of the homeowners decided to purchase a guy because he was so angry on the robber who went inside their house and stole some of their belongings. Though there are particular blocks wherein the robbery is happening and we are not included to the list but I think it might not be safe to say that it’s out of our concern. I hope there would be a strict security implementation inside the subdivision to ensure all of the homeowners of a safe living.

Today is Father’s Day as mentioned and reminded always on the radio and television. Have you ever talked to your father? For me it’s hard to have a conversation with my father. Well sometimes we talk but in a more technical ways. I say its tech talk dealing much more on certain works or something like trouble in fixing some stuff. I never did asked him nor talked about questions on life, love, or whatever are those things which could burn a serious dramatic scenario. Well I am not into that because papa is a point by point speaker, frank, and serious. The good thing on him is that he’s the best among everyone. Now that’s what I think he was. I can’t match him with any other father’s out there because it is in my mind, the first impression of being a father to us. Well I would congratulate him for being the best man of the whole history of my life. Happy father’s day Pa!

I recently got a new update alert for my ITunes. It was an ITunes version 9.2 update. Of course I chose to run the Apple Software Update. I suppose that there will be more on this new version of ITunes. I hope I would enjoy using this latest release because I always seek for the newer versions of my softwares. Well I was just trying to think of being innovative.

Yuk!!! This terrific scene after the heavy rain that we just had last night was been a result of the faulty drainage of the subdivision that we are currently living in. There was no way out on the drainage for the water to pass through because it was already occupied and blocked by the waste materials. That’s why due to the pressure inside the drainage systems the water spilled through the sanitary pipes out on the sinks of the comfort rooms of the houses; too bad that it smells worst because it’s from the drainage which means that it’s all dirty. So this morning we went to the office of the developer found inside the subdivision; few walk from our unit. We asked them to inspect and fix it up because it might get worst in the coming days because we are actually in the rainy season right now. Well, they did fix it and now we were still worried because I just found out that the manholes inside the drainage were smaller than what I suppose is better. We were hopeful that the cleaning that they just did this morning will solve the problem.

I like the new look of our door knob. It was recently being replaced with a new one because mother found it having a faulty operation. Now it looks cool because it’s different from the neighbor’s doorknobs out there. It was my father who purchased this product at the Ace Hardware inside the mall. He was also the one who fixed everything.

Its back to school and most of the college students prefer to stay on dormitories, apartments, or some do stay in their condo units. That’s why I just heard a lot of new about the audit and inspection of our government agencies concerned with the safety and preparedness of the place. Recently there were apartment units that were set to be closed due to safety issues. Well it’s better to lose money rather than life.
