My Simple World

I met a girl yesterday while I was boarding a jeepney on my way home. I never thought that she was actually catching my attention because my eyes are straight to my direction. Luckily, I she got me and I took off the earphone then talked to her. She asked “How’s the band going? Where have been doing your gigs?” I was pretty confused and shocked about what she was talking about and so I asked her in return “What? Band? Gigs? Have we ever met before?” Then she told me that, yes we have met a year ago at the studio where we do our jam. There I recognized her face and remember her name. She was Lea. She’s also into a band, playing lead guitar, same as I. Then, I told her that our band was no longer active. Well, same as with her, after their graduation their group went into pieces. I liked to talk with her more but sad to say that I was about to reach my destination. So, we just exchange phone numbers and with that we can ping each other whenever we had some questions.
